PVMS Art Teacher, Wendi Oster, Awarded $15,00 Grant!

"We're gonna make great things happen," Wendi Oster said after receiving a $15,000 check, all part of a grant from OtterCares! The money will go to new tools and technology for her art room. Congratulations, Mr. Oster!
